Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

Rick, the manager at Finish Line, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He answered the phone politely, placed me on hold to personally check for the Jordan 4 Retros in the Pink Iced color, and let me know they had one size 6 1/2 left in stock. I asked if he could place them on hold and gave him an estimated arrival time, and he gladly said no problem. When I arrived, the purchase process was quick, smooth, and efficient…..exactly what I needed so I could get back to work. Rick also went above and beyond by giving me great recommendations on how to keep the shoes from creasing. His professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude made for an excellent shopping experience.

Service so good I had to stop shopping to leave a review. The staff here where super cool and friendly and really provided me with other options from what I originally had in mind (in case I wasn’t feeling any of their options). I wish I got their names but I know they guy with glasses was an awesome helper. I’m glad I gave them my business 🫡

I dunno what all the issues are about in these reviews, but I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’m damn picky. Definitely don’t go to Snipes! Bought many Jordans here, always greeted, always friendly

Finish Line was clean, well maintained, with a very courteous staff. The manager, Scotty, was professional and gave me good ideas and suggestions about the merchandise, that I hadn't considered. He was very responsive to our query and needs. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase footwear.
