Visitied the store on a Saturday at 3pm for a purchase already knew what shoe i wanted and was assisted almost immediately. After the shoe was pulled we checked out with Jasmine and let me tell you- her level of service is un matched. She offered us level 10 service while still acknowledging and assisting the other customers in the line. She personified the customer first mentality. They have shoe sales every time we go here. They have a variety of brands, footwear, and clothing to choose from. Their return policy is also easy. The line can be long though if it’s during weekends, but they have a lot of employees to help you get the shoe size you want. The line to the cashier also gets finish fast, so it’s not such a problem.

I was shopping at Nordstrom and the sneakers I wanted were completely sold out. Luckily, this location had the pair I was looking for! Natalia, the store manager was so helpful!
