Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

WOW!! What a vibe!!! Great customer service!! Didn’t know this location was here until a worker at Champs on 45 told me to come here!! The B E S T JD STORE IN HOUSTON by far!!Forget about the mall JD’s, locations this Heights Gem will fulfill your sports needs. Don’t let the shopping center fool you, this location next to Petco, is up to date on all your kicks and caps. Immaculate clean store, well lighted and aesthetically pleasing to be at. You can shop knowing that the high quality merchandise matches the brand of store in authenticity. Certified NFL swag in caps, jackets, sneakers, Juicy Couture, QC, Nikes with the best deals in Sales are here.Friendly and attentive customer service was given by Store Manager Joe. He explained in a patient and pleasant manner the return policies and differences between payment methods and refund expectancy from third party vendors such as PayPal and After-pay and such. A retail associate named Erik was also helpful with or purchasing of Nikes. The fitting rooms were neat as was the whole store. Will return here for more gear. Highly recommend the drive up out here. Heights is where it’s at.

Erick is the best manager there! He was able to help me and answer all my questions. He didn’t have to spend the time that he did on helping me make a decision but he did anyways!!!
