At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I visited JD Sports today not really expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by a young lady named Casey with a beautiful smile who helped me and my wife find some shoes. Then Trey, the store manager, came over and continued to provide outstanding service. It honestly felt like they were waiting just to help us — the level of attention, kindness, and professionalism was top-notch. Trey had great conversation and even helped my wife decide on the perfect pair of shoes. Knowing I had to catch a flight, he went above and beyond by offering different options, including free shipping to my home. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you, Trey and Casey, for making our visit such a positive and memorable experience!

The other day I was helped by a young man by the name of Kevin. He was very helpful and professional. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave great recommendations that matched both my style and budget. Kevin really knows the products and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Despite grabbing shoes he also went out of his way to check me out at the register. Other employees seemed to have been having their own conversations while Kevin was focused on the customers

This is in response to Mansoor Mehfooz’s review. Im a regular customer and Shawn is known for his patience and courtesy, and it is highly unlikely that he would have acted like this towards a customer unless there was a misunderstanding or prior disrespect shown toward him. You say that you’re visiting the United States so it would make sense that a foreigner should show respect to citizens in the country that they are visiting. It’s common sense to return something how you found it, it’s called manners. Especially if you’re in a place of business. Don’t create a bad image for a great employee calling them disrespectful knowing that you were in the wrong to begin with. Have a good day.

I'll give three stars simply for the professionalism from the manager. I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering the girl working on the floor. I literally apologized bc she made my daughter-in-law and me feel simply unwelcome. The manager tried to do his best and my son and daughter-in-law still bought stuff. They lost over a thousand dollar purchase bc of one rude employee. I was ready to shop. Had shoes, pants, a coat, etc all picked out but I didn't need to support a store with an employee like this young woman.
