Max and Brayden gave me $20 off today and helped me out great!

Im not going to lie, my entire closet is filled with JD clothing. And my shoes? Dude ive been shopping here for literally 2+ years. Let me explain. The clothing is amazing, usually something along the lines of sparkly with an awesome design but if your like me a design to "bright" or "exposing" can leave a meh taste in the mouth but these clothes are awesome when they are perfectly "out there" but also nonchalant ✍️ Not to mention ive been shoe shopping here before the clothes and boy are the Jordan's beautiful. I've gotten crazy compliments and the comfort? On a whole other level. And now for the biggest part. THE SERVICE. I've been going here for so long and I can't lie to you, talking to people is hard but when I go to these places in town I like when people are personal with me it just makes me feel at home and boy do these people ROCK at that. Its always laughs, small short talks about intrests, and help about what to wear. Not to mention the personal part although I just got onto a name basis without knowing names I've walked in and been greeted and remembered by Max and Elijah. Amazing people and im sure there are others I don't know the name of! These people deserve nothing but promotions and paychecks becasue JD wouldn't be anything without them, literally one of the main benefactors of me going here so much. Im completely serious when I say personally this is my favorite store in the mall no debate. And you should totally try it and see if its for you. If you like beautiful but not too "bright" clothing then try this out!! And say hi to Max and Elijah because they are the goats.

Great customer service Elijah & Max were amazing employees and let me stay 20 mins after close to make sure I had time to shop and get checked out

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Max and Elijah at JD Sports for providing outstanding customer service. I originally came into the store with no intention of purchasing anything, but their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made my experience exceptional. Both of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Their positive attitudes and genuine approach to customer service really stood out to me. It’s not every day you come across employees who make such a great impression without making you feel pressured to buy anything. I hope management recognizes Max and Elijah for the excellent job they’re doing. Employees like them make a real difference in the customer experience and reflect positively on the company. They deserve recognition for their hard work and outstanding service!

Deshaun, jacob, and christian, was a great help, and honestly some of the best customer service i have been able to witness. they were all super quick to come up and greet me to come help me find some items i was in need for. great employees and a great space to be in

The salesman Jacob I worked with was amazing! He was very helpful! I got a new pair of new balances and some shoe care items. Definitely recommend asking for Jacob when you go in!

MAX AND TANNER ARE THE BEST!! their service is top tier! Best place to get shoes in the mall they will hook you up!

Max & deshaun are the BEST of the best! This is by far the most helpful staff of the entire mall. I ONLY buy my shoes from here. SHOP HERE FOR YOUR SHOES!!! 💯💯🙏🏾

There was a lady here sadly forgot her name but she was so amazingly helpful! Most definitely coming back again.

MAx and the crew was really helpful

DeShaun was very helpful and helped me fine exactly what I was looking for! Great experience.

Elijah the manager is actually the goat he got me a free shirt using the app🙏

Eli did a great job quick n easy

Deshaun was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped create a great experience, and I will definitely be back!

JD is leaps and bounds better than the old FinishLine. There’s way more variety in shoes and definitely in clothing. The workers seem to actually care about their job and know what they’re talking about. They pay attention to details and help the customers find what fits them best. Everyone’s great but the multiple times I’ve been I look for Deshaun, he’s the most helpful of them all, and doesn’t mind going back and forth 15 times while I try on every shoe. Cause of him I’ll be back to shop again, forget online shopping.

came in just to browse didn’t really know what i was looking for but deshaun was so helpful and found me a perfect pair of shoes! great customer service!!

Went in to get a new pair of shoes, and DeShaun was so helpful! He knew what he was talking about and was very nice. I will 100% be coming back!

Deshaun was very helpful with my indecisiveness lol! I appreciate his patience and willingness to help (: definitely recommend

I got so excited going into this store. What a dope collection they have. This may be my new favorite shoe store. And also the prices are very reasonable. They won’t break your pockets!

Max and Deshaun are very intentional with each individual. Their service is professional and they are fast paced! I recommend the two of them at JD Sports over any other shoe store at the mall.
