I ordered some sneakers of their website for my birthday present to myself. Turns out they were not at all comfortable and were causing blisters. I called and let them know and they said to bring them in. When I got there, Melissa went above and beyond and helped me find sneakers that would be better for me. They said it was not there usual policy but they made an exception. Thank you for not ripping me off!!!

All the staff has been very nice everytime I have Come in. They didn't have the shoe in the size I wanted so they helped me order it and I had it in 4 days. Unfortunately they were to small, I brought them back to return, no problem, and order the next size up. It was Quick and easy.
