Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

9/3/25 The staff was great. I honestly was browsing , didn’t have intentions of making a purchase. But the staff was friendly, staff member Andrew told me what offers / and rewards I can get if I download the app. So I did so.. and I said why not buy some Air Force 1s while I’m here. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were great. Service was good smiles on there face. Etc. No complaints here.

The team at this location was super helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The shopping conditions however were not desirable. While inside, there was no working central air. During my time in the store I began feeling overheated, nauseous, and felt as though I was on the verge of passing out. The only heat relief was located at the checkout station which housed 1 fan. Please take care of this situation as soon as possible so shoppers can shop without fear of passing out from heat exhaustion.
