Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

JD Sports stores accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

I visited this location during the holidays to buy gifts for my husband and son. Corey was my shoe salesman and he was so nice & helpful as I have absolutely no idea about sneakers or what the latest “hot” guy shoes are. He was knowledgeable and helped guide me to make a great decision with his recommendations. I would have given 5 stars just for the awesome service I received from Corey alone if I didn’t also witness another employee scream & berate him in front of me & several other customers as if we weren’t all standing there. To witness employees treating each other so terrible (especially in front of customers) is extremely disappointing and disheartening. Management failed to address the issue and it infuriated me so much, I almost addressed the person myself about the disrespectful, unprofessional, and uncalled for attitude. That type of behavior exemplifies the negative culture that must live within that store and as a customer, I should NEVER EVER witness or feel that type of dark energy amongst employees.
