I spoke with Ashton earlier today regarding an online order I placed on August 20th, 2025. When I received my confirmation email, the link to check my order status did not work, which meant I couldn’t track the express-shipping order I had paid extra for. Since last Friday, I had been trying to reach customer service, but the experience was extremely frustrating — the phone system either disconnected me after entering my order number and zip code or repeatedly played a “high call volume” message without ever connecting me to a representative. Out of options, I decided to visit the store in person to see if anyone could help. That’s when I met Ashton, and she completely turned this experience around. She was so eager to help, and thanks to her persistence, she was able to reach someone and find out that my order unfortunately couldn’t be fulfilled. Without her help, I never would have known. I was promptly issued a refund along with a $20 gift card to cover the shipping expense. While the situation itself was incredibly frustrating, Ashton’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond completely changed my perception of the company. We need more people in the world like her. Thank you, Ashton — keep being amazing!

I went into the store and was looking for timbs and asked and employee named "jada" for help and she js stared at me like i was dumb and was giving me attitude like crazy, so i asked this other employee "rita" and she thankfully helped me get the pair and was a big help. This other employee "isabelle" helped me checkout quicker from pulling me from the long line and checking me out all with a good attitude and friendly manner.

I absolutely LOVE this location. Every time I come in I have such an awesome time! Cory was amazing to talk sneaker game with. Samia, was lovely, friendly, and so helpful. Tenika, went ABOVE and BEYOND!! there was an Adidas tshirt I really wanted and there was some issues with ordering it online. Tenika was the HERO of the day. She made it all happen and did it with a smile! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! She is so friendly, kind, efficient, hard working, and fun to talk with. I had the most incredible experience because of Melissa and Riley. They both are were so friendly, patient, fun to talk with, helpful, and the definition of AMAZING customer service. I got to say I had a really good experience. I came in on my lunch break one day and was greeted by the staff, Sydney to be specific. After being greeted, she asked me if I was looking for anything specific and what size; they just so happened to have the exact shoe I was looking for that was sold out everywhere so I was thrilled. Needless to say, Sydney offered a great experience, and I got the sneaker I wanted. Thanks JD Dunwoody!

🔵 I had a great experience at JD Sports inside Perimeter Mall (4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd NE, Atlanta, GA)! 👟 I came to town for a graduation and needed new shoes—but I wear a size 14, which is super hard to find. I explained what I was looking for, and Eric, Chris and Dwayne really came through! 🟢 They found me a clean pair of white Air Force 1s and a fresh pair of Jordans too! ✨ They also recommended I grab some sneaker cleaner to keep them looking brand new—smart move.
