Josh was great! I was in and out! It’s hard to find good service in a shoe stores these days. I would recommend here for all of your shoe needs.

This review isn’t for the store. It’s not even for the company. This is for the poor souls who had to deal with the absolute circus of entitled, rude, and feral customers the day before school started. To the associates: y’all were doing everything—running back and forth grabbing multiple shoes in multiple sizes, manning the registers, fixing displays that kept getting destroyed, and getting screamed at by people who clearly forgot how to act in public. You didn’t break, and honestly, I don’t know how. You deserve an award, a raise, and a vacation immediately. Now, to the customers acting like complete menaces:If you were snapping your fingers at employees like they’re your servants, you need to sit down and reflect. If you got an attitude because you had to wait five whole minutes during a back-to-school rush, maybe grow up. If you let your kids treat the store like a jungle gym and then got mad because your service wasn’t “fast enough”… you’re part of the reason society is crumbling. And if you talked down to the employees, rolled your eyes, or made slick comments under your breath, just know you’re not nearly as important as you think you are. You were embarrassing.You were the problem.And you owe those workers an apology they’ll never get. These associates handled an absolute disaster zone of entitled customers with grace, patience, and professionalism. You treated them like dirt, and they still showed up for you. That’s wild. So yeah,, five stars for the staff, zero stars for the people who think being rude is a personality.

I came in to get my husband a pair of shoes for his birthday. The staff seemed to have their hands full with all the other customers that were in the store as well. There was this lady who was giving the managers a hard time as it seemed like she was very frustrated about her shoes. The one manager Yanice handled the situation very professionally and didn’t raise her voice or get visibly upset when this lady was yelling in her face. She called customer service and I’m assuming told them what was going on, and after she hung up let the lady know that she was getting a replacement shoe. The whole time while she was getting screamed at by this customer with a horrible attitude she had a very understanding attitude and was very helpful. After the customer left and it was my turn to check out out, she said “thank you so much for your patience. I really appreciate it” with a smile and it made me believe that not all retail workers have a chip on their shoulder!!
