Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service — Rare to Find Nowadays! I had such a great experience at the JD Sports store in the Mall of Georgia thanks to Saralicia and Evelyn. Saralicia was the one who helped me out and she was amazing — friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. Evelyn, the manager, was also very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and easy. It’s rare to get this kind of genuine service when buying shoes nowadays. Most stores feel rushed or disconnected, but they made me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about the people they help.
