Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I had a great experience at this location the other day. I was greeted upon entering the store and checked on periodically as I browsed. They had a great selection of shoes for both me and my son. The manager Cece was so helpful and sweet! She gave me several suggestions on popular shoes for my son who plays basketball. When a pair that I wanted wasn’t available in his size, she ordered it for me and had it shipped to my home. I will definitely be returning for all of my footwear needs!
