Had an issue with a return the staff was professional and handles my needs.

I went in for a new pair of shoes before my vacation and right when walking in was greeted by a staff member named Marcos, that immediately got me a few sizes and assistance. Later on when clossing out I was helped by a Desere and the manager Hunter that were super nice and helpful. 100% enjoyed the visit and greatful for the assistance. Great staff!

Went to JD Store #327 in Woodfield Mall Schaumburg IL and was disappointed by a male staff who passed as by without asking if we need assistance. Moreover, when the same male staff was asked for a pair of item with a preferred size, he just simply told us that whatever is out there are the only ones available then ignored us. However, I approached another staff named ARI, and she was wonderful and very pleasant. She even checked the display rack and told us that she will check at the back for the size we need and actually found the exact size and color we’re looking for! Kudos to Ari for being a professional staff with excellent customer service. Ari is highly recommended when you come and visit the store.

I had an exceptional experience at JD Sport in Woodfield! I purchased shoes on Saturday and there was a defect with one of the shoes. We brought them in today and were greeted by Tristin & Ari who were phenomenal at resolving my issue. They both had excellent customer service skills, showed us empathy and were able to resolve the issue in a fast and timely manner.

Love the shoes and have good sales but it take a long time to get someone to help and shoes seldom not in stock.

This is a European store in one of the best and biggest malls in the United States. This was our first time seeing this store in America. We shopped at this store while living in England. However, this store is more expensive in the United States than in England. Moreover, this store did not carry any football (soccer) clothing, which is very different from the stores in England. I recommend this store. I recommend this location.

Okay so I was at this store I forgot the lady’s name who help me I’m so sorry I’ll update your name next time I come in she was obviously not a manager but her behavior was very professional she was very polite anything I ask about she helped very welcoming wasn’t rushing made eye contact I had stopped coming to the store for a little bit because I encountered one or two rude employees constantly being constantly kept asking if need anything after I already said no i felt like I was being watched or judged coming into this store their body language was not welcoming appear to have attitudes looked upset and I normally spent big money here so yea it would be nice if somebody can look into what is going on with some of the attitudes with some of the employees because that messes with sales and people not wanting to give you service. It’s no reason why someone should be on shift that attitude is that negative and can’t greet the customers with respect this definitely throws the whole vibe off and considering tax time you all Could lose a lot of money And customers because of the service because of The attitudes and unprofessionalism I myself am in the sales business first thing we learn is how to take self criticism how to greet the employees and accountability etc but over all I like this store just not the way a few employees carry themselves

I came into the store yesterday looking for shoes i was approached by the manager Ari she helped me find everything I needed she also had excellent customer service,I’ll definitely be coming back !
