Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I've visited this store twice while super busy, and each time the staff has been efficient and helpful. On my first visit, an initial mix-up with a promotion was quickly resolved by a very helpful sales associate at the register. Today, although they didn't have the item I needed, an associate promptly approached us to offer assistance.

Black people we got to do better it was 6 of y'all working Tuesday evening around 5 - 6 pm . I'm trying to get some shoes for my little girl and y'all see me and we sat around waiting for some fuchsia pink and black low top Air Force ones to be sold on the day that the shipment was sent to the store and we left without a pair of shoes to for my little girl for school and y'all didn't seem to and I come a great distance to buy castleton youth I live on the east side castleton used to be the best mall in they don't give a damn who they hire and I will never come back in that store again Shoe Dept didn't have any thing we wanted or Foot locker castleton is straight trash now and it's best to order online
