Just the other day, me & hubby were shopping here & boy was it BUSSYYY!!! We are regular customers at JD Sports, I can NEVER find my shoe size in women’s, so I always have to get a men shoe conversion which is fine! There is a guy that always works over in Men’s Footwear by the name Kevin I do believe that wears baseball caps, when I say he is VERY HELPFUL with ensuring he put our shoes in on that TV monitor & very vocal about servicing each customer in his section while tending to his current customers & not to mention KNOWLEDGEABLE about the shoe care, he talked us into getting 2 cans of shoe care as well as a $45 Crep Kit that was on “SALE” but later we ended up saving $20 as he was promoting the “Status Rewards” to customers, while waiting for our shoes, I noticed how RESPECTFUL & MINDFUL he was to his customers as he was sizing kids feet and he even asked my husband was it ok if he touched my toe to compare sizes to see if I needed to size up or down (to which he did) Our shoes FINALLY ARRIVED after me trying on several dunks 😅 hubby bought me 2 pair and the Retro 11s, We hope to see Kevin one day move up the rankings in your store or ANY STORE because he is absolutely GREAT at his job and we absolutely NEED more people like him around. Hopefully this is passed along to him or he reads reviews. PLEASE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE AND/OR SHOUTOUT!! 🎉

Went to the Castleton location and Ziya deserve a raise or some type of acknowledgement for great customers service. All the workers were a good help but she went above and beyond to help my son pick his spring clothes out. I wasn't happy spending $700 but my son left feeling good and confident with all that she helped him with. I literally let her take the lead because he refused to listen to me and the things I picked for him, seeing that he's 12 yrs old. He followed her lead and were both happy with the outcome. Had to speak to her manager just to tell her she has a keeper. I wish I could have took her with me so she could have been my sons personal shopper.

Awesome staff & a good variety of shoes.

Everyone was so kind and you could tell everyone was working hard, we were greeted, helped and got our shoes in the size we needed. 100% returning keep telling everyone that’s an amazing store!

Alanna, the store manager, listened to our issue with my son’s Nike shoes and she handled the situation with excellent care. I highly recommend JD Sports in the Castleton Mall in Indianapolis!

I've visited this store twice while super busy, and each time the staff has been efficient and helpful. On my first visit, an initial mix-up with a promotion was quickly resolved by a very helpful sales associate at the register. Today, although they didn't have the item I needed, an associate promptly approached us to offer assistance.

JD always has a wide selection to choose from && you should be able to find whatever suits your needs . I never leave JD empty handed !!!
