I had a problem returning shoes to the Finish Line in Plainfield, IN. at Perry Crossing. The man at the counter had no clue what he was doing. He called customer service and I waited 16 minutes and customer service hung up on him. He said I can’t give you a refund that I would have to go to the JD store. I called and talked to a very nice lady named Mia and she told me to bring the shoes there and she would take care of me. I went to the JD store in Speedway and was waited on by a man name Danny, Danny was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. I did get to meet Mia and she was just as nice in person as she was on the phone. I buy a lot at Finish Line and I will never shop there again. I will shop at the JD store online and in Speedway. The JD store is a nice size at Speedway and Danny and Mia are great to their customers. Thank you Danny and Mia for taking care of me, you’ve gained a new customer.
