Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

Ok, JD!! Y'all done stepped your game up this time. I have never been in this store and really something in here, because I'm so picky 😩 when it comes to shoes. But let me tell you they really have nice selection of shoes now. But the service it sucked! Me and dude went to get some shoes, if I wouldn't have changed my mind out the shoes I wanted we would just been stand there, because the young lady never came back out to tell us that she couldn't find his shoe.

Went to the fashion mall, then Castleton mall, then finally the JD Sports on East Washington Street. Jordyn was immediately helpful and kind. Thank you for your customer service! JD, I dont know who made the rule at Castleton mall that customers can't order a shoe unless it's 'physically' in the store is ridiculous and inconvenient. If it's physically in the store, I'd just buy it then, duh! Thank you again, JORDYN! Apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly. 🫶🏾

My husband and I went there today thinking if this visit doesn’t go good then we’re out. But let me say that it was the best place! Employees were friendly and courteous. When checking out which was probably 20 minutes later e met the manager and he was great. 5/24/25
