Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

The manager Martin and his team are extremely helpful and courteous. They approached us and were knowledgeable about the styles and selections. I’ve been to the JD Sports in Queens Center Mall and it’s not as helpful like the one on Steinway Street and 31st Avenue in Astoria, Queens NYC. Definitely recommend this location over others in NYC. Great team there.
