Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Needed a jacket for a quick trip, called because I did not want to visit and the jacket wasn’t in store. Spoke to a Sales person, she was very attentive and helpful, told me the jacket and size was in store. I purchased online and visited the store to pickup, promptly I was greeted and helped. Also store associate ending 528 was at the register when I was checking out and she was very friendly. Overall the store is clean and organized and I will visit again if I am in town.

There are a couple of sneaker stores you can visit in the mall. Today at JD, Isaac talked with me about a pair of shoes I was interested in. I didn't want to stay long and would have bought anything. But he showed me some other pairs that were of a similar vibe which he thought I might like. I tried on 4 different pairs of asics and new balances, and the pair I left with was one of his alternative recommendations. I didn't think much of it, till just now I'm sitting here realising I'm so glad I didn't get the first three pairs- these ones are truly the best. Thank you.

I went to get a pair of Air Jordan 1 mid Se shoes and the staff takes so long to come it’s Like they take a whole car ride to New Jersey and back but I totally recommend the staff and the shoes are worth it.

Although I waited 45 minutes in line, the staff made me feel very welcomed and they were super professional, asking me if I needed help with a shoe size or anything I was looking at in the store. They’re a super busy store and the staff tries their best to get to everyone as fast as possible. I will always come here for shoes and clothes no matter what!
