I want to personally thank Jaylen and the entire Jd staff for their amazing customer service. I was shopping the store for my son’s Christian camp trip trying to find the best options for him. It’s not easy finding teenage clothes and appropriate clothes at that because teens are so particular. Jaylen swooped in to our aid and asked what we needed help finding. I had no idea but she knew just what to find. I have never experienced a kinder interaction in a store. Jaylen was calm and professional the entire time as my kiddos scattered around the place. What felt overwhelming for me was made simple by Jaylen. From the cash register to the front door. Thank you all
