She was the ONLY one to be able to help and she made sure my order was gonna come in correctly and I really appreciated that. I placed an order online for two pairs of Jordan’s while I was at work, I stopped by on the way home to pick them up as it was a buy online and pickup in store order for same day. When I arrived I was greeted and assisted, at first I was told by a few employees who were trying to find my order that it was not ready yet. They then communicated with someone through their ear piece and they told them to tell me to come back tomorrow or to call before I come. This is understandable being that it’s Christmas time. All of the employees who assisted me were very kind and did try, but as I was about to leave the store Erica stopped me and asked what name the order was under, the employee who was assisting me told her and she said she would go find it, and in minutes she did! Very thankful, she saved me a trip. Not only did she go the extra mile, she was very nice! As I left the store she told me thank you and everything! Companies like this one need to cherish employees like her, they are very hard to find. Event her coworkers had nothing but amazing things to say about her! She cares, and it shows! Had a wonderful experience here! Walked into the store yesterday looking for 2 specific pairs of shoes and was greeted by Rosie before I could pull up photos on my phone. She stayed with me and worked diligently to help me find exactly what I needed. As I recount, every member of the staff greeted me as I walked through the store. Thing is...they were assisting other people but still welcomed me! This is the type of service that keeps me coming back! I will certainly shop here in the future!
