This review is specifically for Natalia at the La Cantera location. I was trying to track down a confirmation or tracking number for shoes I exchanged. I called on Sunday and was given an order ID and told to contact customer care. When I called customer care today, they first gave me someone else’s info and after 25 minutes of research finally offered me an exchange or refund—what?! It didn’t sound right, so I called the La Cantera store again. Thankfully, Natalia answered and had everything resolved in just a few minutes. Give her a promotion and a raise!

Yesterday December 28th, bought my Nike tennis shoes, this location has many models to choose from, visited some others here at La Cantera and they only have a few models, same at North Star and Rolling Oaks Mall or they are out of stock. Isaiah kindly helped me out with the right shoe 👟 size. I read couple reviews where customers complained about the time they spent inside because there were too many people, but it is because due these holidays everywhere you go shopping will be the same and I saw the big line to check out to pay, but all was good for me, I understood that since I got into the store employees can't do magic for us and disappear all the customers come on, or if you don't want to wait, go online and shop your items. The payment went smoothly, Caleb authorized my payment and for me, it was a great experience shopping in here, and I will be back for sure❗
