At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I had a great experience at JD sports this evening. I was initially greeted and helped by Myleni, and she reviewed the current store sale with me. She was able to answer every question I had, and she even came to check on me after I had been looking around for a while. When I finally made a decision I was helped at the register by Daniel who I believe was a supervisor. It was very close to closing but he was very patient with me as I set up my account to take advantage of the discounts they were offering through the app. After it was all said and done, it was 5 minutes past closing and I had purchased the shoes that I wanted with all the offered discounts. I never felt rushed for a second, I really felt like they cared about my experience. I highly recommend this store and am impressed with the customer service of the employees. Thanks To Myleni and Daniel, I will be back.

Went in for a Quick Look around, and noticed some shoes that caught my eye. I was immediately assisted by a sales rep named Devon. The foot traffic in the store was high but he managed to assist several customers, including myself. Also, props on his use of Spanish during his interactions with other customers.
