01/18/24- I went in to shop around and use my Anniversary coupon. I was greeted by Kuentin while I was looking at shoes. I asked about the NB 550 sneakers that were on sale. Kuentin didn't take long to find them. The sale was over so he made other recommendations. I was looking at socks when Draiden offered to help. When I went to pay Draiden was at the register. I'm a senior and struggle with Apps, but Draiden was easy going and did not let that bother him. Draiden went out of his way to help me use my coupon. I hope both Kuentin and Draiden are recognized for their great customer service. Both young men made it easy to shop. I appreciate them for their patience. Thanks to them I'll be a regular customer. Thank you both!
